Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The rent payable for a financial year that starts on or after 1 July 2019 in respect of a pastoral lease is to be calculated in accordance with the amendments made by the Pastoral Land Legislation Amendment Act 2018 .
(2) The rent payable for a financial year that starts before 1 July 2019 in respect of a pastoral lease is to be calculated in accordance with this Act as it was immediately before the commencement of the Pastoral Land Legislation Amendment Act 2018 .
