Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister shall appoint a person who is or is to be a member of the Board to be its Chairperson .
(2) An appointment under subsection (1) shall be notified in the Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made.
(3) The Chairperson shall, subject to the directions of the Board, administer the affairs of the Board.
(4) The Chairperson :
(a) may be paid such salary, allowances and expenses; and
(b) holds office on such terms and conditions,
as the Administrator determines.
