Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere a person is offered the right to the grant of a pastoral lease but fails, within such time as the Minister allows, to accept the offer or to pay an amount that is due and payable in respect of the lease, the Minister may, by notice in writing to the person, revoke the agreement for the lease and retain all or part, as the Minister thinks fit, of the money that the person has already paid in respect of the lease.
