Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to this Act, on the determination (as the result of the expiration of its term or otherwise) of a pastoral lease, the former pastoral lessee is entitled to be paid an amount equal to the value, as at the date of the determination of the lease, of all improvements on the land comprised in the former lease, as determined by the Minister and as soon as practicable after the determination of the lease the Minister shall give to the former lessee written notice of the Minister's determination of that value.
