PASTORAL LAND ACT 1992 - SECT 88

Board may impose conditions on non-pastoral use permit

    (1)     The Board may grant a non-pastoral use permit under
section 85A(1) subject to any conditions the Board considers appropriate.

    (2)     A condition imposed by the Board under subsection (1) must be specified in the non-pastoral use permit.
