Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A member of the Tribunal appointed under section 93(2)(b) or (5)(a), or for the purpose of a reference under section 114(3) or under section 28A(3) of the Lands Acquisition Act 1978 may, in writing delivered to the Minister, resign his or her office as a member.
(2) The Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of the Tribunal may, in writing delivered to the Administrator, resign his or her office.
