Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Tribunal may proceed to consider an application referred to it notwithstanding that it has not received written submissions from a party.
(2) The Tribunal shall not consider an application in circumstances described in subsection (1) unless it has given reasonable notice to the party of its intention to do so.
