POPPY REGULATION ACT 2014 - SECT 37

A person commits an offence if the person:

        (a)     represents, by words or conduct, that the person or another person is a poppy control officer; and

        (b)     knows the representation is false.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
