Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere immediately before the commencement of Part 7 there was in force a policy of insurance or indemnity issued in pursuance of the repealed Act, that policy shall, on that commencement, be deemed to have been issued in the terms of Schedule 2 and, subject to this Act, shall continue in force, and it shall not be cancelled or lapse without the approval in writing of the Authority.
