Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Section 65, as amended by the amending Act, applies only in relation to a worker who suffers a post-commencement injury.
(2) Section 65, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to a worker who suffered an injury before the commencement as if the amending Act had not commenced.
