Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A worker may, for the purposes of determining his or her entitlement to compensation from an employer, request the employer to provide him or her with information about the worker's weekly earnings.
(2) An employer must, in the absence of reasonable excuse, comply with a request under subsection (1) within 21 days after receiving the request.
Maximum penalty: In the case of a body corporate – 85 penalty units.
In the case of a natural person – 17 penalty units.
