Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A court may make a community correction order under this Division for an offender if the court considers it appropriate.
(2) The court may make the community correction order in addition to imposing a fine on the offender but not in addition to a sentence of a term of imprisonment.
