Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Where the Supreme Court imposes an indefinite sentence it must give reasons for imposing the sentence.
(2) Reasons referred to in subsection (1) must be given at the time an indefinite sentence is imposed.
