Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the provisions of this Part are inconsistent with any other Act or law, the provisions of this Part prevail.
(2) No application for approval is required under the Building Act 1993 for work required by a fortification removal order.
(3) To avoid doubt, the Building Act 1993 applies to premises after work required by a fortification removal order is completed.
(4) This section is subject to section 84.
