SENTENCING (CRIME OF MURDER) AND PAROLE REFORM ACT - SECT 16
Release of offenders on parole
Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (2) "Subject to this section" and substituting "Subject to this
Act,".
