Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The failure of the Supreme Court to comply with section 19(3) , (4) or (5) when fixing or refusing to fix a non-parole period does not invalidate the prisoner's sentence.
(2) For section 5 of the Parole of Prisoners Act , a non-parole period fixed by or under this section is taken to be a non-parole period fixed in pursuance of the Sentencing Act .
