SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 - SECT 41

If an application is made under section 40:

        (a)     the Attorney-General must notify the Director of the CVSU that the application has been made; and

        (b)     the Director of the CVSU must then seek victim submissions about the supervisee under section 83.
