Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A detainee or supervisee may apply to the Supreme Court to revoke a continuing detention order or supervision order if the Court grants leave for the application to be made.
(2) The Court may grant leave only if satisfied there are exceptional circumstances.
(3) The detainee or supervisee has the onus of satisfying the Court that there are exceptional circumstances.
