SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 - SECT 82

If a court makes a medical assessment order:

        (a)     a resulting medical report is admissible as evidence in relation to a matter mentioned in section 6(2), 9 or 14; and

        (b)     the Attorney-General must tender the report in evidence.
