THE TRUSTEE ACT 1893 AND SHALL COME INTO OPERATION ON A DAY TO BE FIXED BY THE GOVERNOR, - SECT 81

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Land Title Act 2000 this Act shall apply to land subject to the provisions of such Act, but only to the extent necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
