Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Tourism NT has the powers necessary or convenient to perform its functions.
(2) In particular, Tourism NT has power to:
(a) acquire, hold and dispose of real (including leasehold) and personal property; and
(b) improve any real or personal property owned by, or under the control of, Tourism NT; and
(c) enter into contracts.
