Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer may issue a clearance certificate to the effect that all or specified requirements of an improvement notice have been complied with.
(2) An improvement notice ceases to have effect in relation to a requirement on receipt, by the person on whom the notice was served, of a clearance certificate covering that requirement.
