TERRORISM (EMERGENCY POWERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 20K

Powers which may be exercised under declaration

The powers under this Part may be exercised by a police officer in relation to:

        (a)     a person or vehicle in a special area; or

        (b)     a person or vehicle about to enter, or has recently left, a special area.
