Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998 has effect as if the following had been inserted at the end of Schedule 2, Part 1 to that Act:
4. Constructing an onshore gas plant as part of the Blacktip Gas Project within the meaning of the Trans-Territory Pipeline and Blacktip Gas Projects (Special Provisions) Act 2005 .
(2) The Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998 has effect as if the following had been inserted at the end of Schedule 2, Part 2 to that Act:
6. Operating an onshore gas plant as part of the Blacktip Gas Project within the meaning of the Trans-Territory Pipeline and Blacktip Gas Projects (Special Provisions) Act 2005 .
