Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Board may delegate to a Board member, a committee or the Director any of its powers and functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation, the power to grant registration or the power to take disciplinary action under Part 6.
(2) A power or function delegated under this section, when exercised or performed by the delegate, is taken to have been exercised or performed by the Board.
(3) A delegation under this section:
(a) must be in writing; and
(b) does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the Board.
