Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may apply to the Board to have an inaccurate or erroneous entry in the register corrected and, if the Board is satisfied that the entry is inaccurate or erroneous, it must correct the register accordingly.
(2) No fee is payable for an application under subsection (1).
(3) The Board may require an applicant under subsection (1) to provide information as it considers necessary in order to consider the application.
