Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may access and inspect the register on the Board's website or by using other technology approved by the Board, and access or electronically download the details mentioned in subsection (2) without payment of a fee.
(2) The Board must ensure that the only details about a teacher on the register that are made available to a person under subsection (1) are the following:
(a) the teacher's name;
(b) the teacher's registration number;
(c) whether the registration is full registration or provisional registration;
(d) the date to which the teacher's registration fees have been paid;
(e) any other detail prescribed by regulation.
