Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Board may at any time, by written notice to an employer who has been granted an authorisation, vary or revoke a condition, other than the professional development condition, imposed on, or impose a condition on, the authorisation:
(a) on the request of the employer; or
(b) on the Board's own initiative.
(2) The Board may also give a copy of the written notice to the authorised person in relation to whom the authorisation has been granted.
