Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Utilities Commission may in respect of a regulated industry make determinations relating to:
(a) prices for goods and services;
(b) standards and conditions of service and supply;
(c) licensing;
(d) market conduct; and
(e) other economic regulatory matters.
(2) The Utilities Commission can only make a determination if authorised by a relevant industry regulation Act or by regulations under this Act.
