Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For a proceeding before the Court, the Court has all of the powers that the Local Court has under the Local Court Act 2015 and Local Court (Civil Procedure) Act 1989 in relation to a proceeding before that court in its civil jurisdiction.
(2) This section applies in relation to a matter only to the extent that the matter is not specifically provided for in this or any other Act or the court rules.
(3) The powers under subsection (1) are in addition to powers conferred on the Court under this or any other Act.
