Nothing in this Part applies to a worker who is a prisoner in custody in a custodial correctional facility (as defined in section 11(1)(a) of the Correctional Services Act 2014 ).

Part 6, Division 1 does not limit or otherwise affect the operation of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992.
