WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 12

Schedule 1 applies this Act to:

        (a)     the storage and handling of dangerous goods; and

        (b)     the operation or use of high risk plant affecting public safety.
