WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 193

The person to whom an improvement notice is issued must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice.

Maximum penalty:

        (a)     in the case of an individual – $50 000; or

        (b)     in the case of a body corporate – $250 000.
