WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 219

A person must not contravene a WHS undertaking made by that person that is in effect.

Maximum penalty:

        (a)     in the case of an individual – $50 000; or

        (b)     in the case of a body corporate – $250 000.
