WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 229A

Court may decline to deal with application if frivolous etc.

The court may decline to deal with, or to continue dealing with, an application for external review if satisfied the application is frivolous, vexatious or not made in good faith.
