WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 231B

The regulator requires the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions to bring proceedings for:

        (a)     a Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3 offence in respect of a death; or

        (b)     industrial manslaughter.
