Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The court may make an order requiring the offender to undertake a specified project for the general improvement of work health and safety within the period specified in the order.
(2) The order may specify conditions that must be complied with in undertaking the specified project.
