WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 262

If the court orders a person to pay a monetary penalty:

        (a)     the penalty is payable to the Territory; and

        (b)     the Territory may enforce the order as if it were a judgment of the court.
