WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 289

If a disqualification under section 37(3) of the old WHS Act is in force immediately before commencement, on commencement the disqualification becomes a disqualification under section 65(3) of this Act on the same terms (including as to duration) as those on which it was granted under the old WHS Act.
