WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 296

    (1)     If an approval of a code of practice under section 61(3)(a) of the old WHS Act was in force immediately before commencement, on commencement the approval becomes an approval of the code of practice under section 274 of this Act.

    (2)     Subsection (1) applies even if section 274(2) has not been complied with.
