WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 78

A health and safety committee must meet:

        (a)     at least once every 3 months; and

        (b)     at any reasonable time at the request of at least half of the members of the committee.
