YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2005 - SECT 13

In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"authorised officer" means:

        (a)     the Commissioner of Police, a Deputy Commissioner of Police or Assistant Commissioner of Police; or

        (b)     a police officer authorised under section 36.

"interview" includes asking questions of a person.
