Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Despite section 215A, proceedings for an offence against this Act may be started by the Commissioner of Correctional Services.
(2) The proceedings must be started:
(a) within 6 months after the date on which the Commissioner of Correctional Services first became aware of the commission of the offence; and
(b) within 6 months after the commencement.
