Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Commissioner of Police, a Deputy Commissioner of Police or Assistant Commissioner of Police may authorise any of the following police officers to act for this Part:
(a) an officer of or above the rank of Senior Sergeant;
(b) an officer who is in charge of a police station;
(c) an officer who from time to time:
(i) holds a specified rank; or
(ii) performs specified duties (including duties as the officer in charge of a specified police station).
