Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a person acting in good faith who does any of the following:
(a) provides information for the purpose of preparing a report under this Division;
(b) prepares the report;
(c) gives the report to the Court.
(2) The person is not civilly or criminally liable, and is not in breach of any professional code of conduct, for:
(a) the preparing or giving of the report; or
(b) the disclosure of any information in the report.
