Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsA person aggrieved by a decision of the Council made or taken under these By-laws (not being a decision made or taken to commence proceedings for an offence against, under or in relation to these By-laws) may make an application of appeal, in a form approved by the President of the Tribunal, to the Tribunal against the decision.
