Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Minister may withdraw the acceptance of a pipeline management plan in force for a pipeline on a ground referred to in regulation 40(1) even though the licensee has been found guilty of an offence because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act or of these Regulations.
(2) A pipeline licensee for a pipeline for which the acceptance of a pipeline management plan has been withdrawn by the Minister on a ground mentioned in regulation 40(1) may be found guilty of an offence because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act or of these Regulations even though the acceptance of the plan has been withdrawn.
