FIREARMS REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 10

An applicant for a licence whose genuine reason for possessing or using firearms is museum display must collect firearms for display:

        (a)     as curiosities or ornaments; or

        (b)     for their historic or artistic value or mechanical uniqueness.
