Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of a firearms club licence must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the persons nominated under section 9(6)(b) of the Act comply with the storage and safe keeping requirements of the Act and these Regulations in relation to:
(a) the club's firearms; and
(b) firearms held by the club on behalf of its members,
when those firearms are not in use.
(2) Subregulation (1) applies in relation to firearms whether stored on or off the club's premises.
