FIREARMS REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 39B

For the definition paintball in section 3(1) of the Act, prescribed paintball pellets are gelatine capsules that:

        (a)     when made, have a diameter of 17.27 mm; and

        (b)     are filled with a water-soluble marking dye of any colour except red or brown.
